Baby Dedication is an opportunity for you to take some time at the beginning of your parenting journey to really think about what will matter the most in the life of your child; a time to decide what you value and what you can begin to do today that will have the greatest impact on your child’s future.

Baby Dedication is a two-step process and we invite you to take part:

Step 1

PARENT ORIENTATION

This is an important step in the process because we want to inspire you to invest in the things that will matter the most to your child’s future. We want to help you get off to a great start as you parent your new baby. During the online orientation, we will tell you everything you need to know about Baby Dedication. You must watch the orientation and complete your registration before your Baby Dedication date can be confirmed.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Your child must be under two years of age to participate in the Baby Dedication Celebration.
  • In order to participate in the Baby Dedication, we ask that you be a follower of Jesus Christ and be an active attendee of GT for at least 6 consecutive months.
  • Unless you are a single parent, it is important that both parents watch the online parent orientation. You must watch the orientation and register before your Baby Dedication participation can be confirmed.
  • Married couples and single parents are welcome to participate. However, unmarried parents who are living together are encouraged to work on honoring God with their marriage commitment before making this public dedication to live according to God’s Word.

LET’S CELEBRATE!

Once you have completed step one and your participation in the next event has been confirmed, we would love for you and your family and friends to participate with us in a time of dedication and celebration.

It is also a time of celebration! We want to help you create an unforgettable memory of the promise that you’ve made to lead your child in a growing relationship with Jesus Christ. You will be the greatest influence in your child’s life. As your church, we want to partner with you by being your biggest fan and trusted guide as we look forward to celebrating this special milestone with you.
